New colour printer in the ICH Library

A colour photocopier is now available at the library. The copier is only operated by card purchasable at the Issue Desk. The costs of colour copying are as follows: A4 - 35p, A3 - 70p. A black-and-white copier is also available. This can be operated by card and also accepts cash. The costs of black-and-white copying are as follows: A4 - 7p, A3 - 14p.

BMJ Best Practice available to NHS users

BMJ Best Practice is  now available for both NHS and UCL users: http://bestpractice.bmj.com/

NHS users need to log in with their NHS Athens account and UCL users with their UCL username and password (Shibboleth login). 

British Nursing Index for NHS users

The British Nursing Index is now available for NHS users via a different interface. 


In order to access it please do the following: 

• log into MyAthens
• select resources > local resources
• you will see the link to 'ProQuest new platform'
• click on the link "2 databases" on the
  top lefthand side and then British Nursing Index to access the database in the native interface.
