We are pleased to announce a new collection of healthcare and biomedical e-books for GOSH staff with NHS OpenAthens access.  You can access the e-books via the Kortext platform here: https://app.kortext.com/login . You will need your OpenAthens account login details to sign in and start browsing the collection. Once signed in, click on 'Collections' to see what's available. If you're new to Kortext you can watch this short tutorial video on how to get started:  https://www.kortext.com/support/ . If you do not already have an NHS OpenAthens account, you can register here:  https://openathens.nice.org.uk , it's free and available to all members of NHS staff.

  Please note that, due to the current COVID-19 situation, the  UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health Library  is closed until further notice. Library staff are working from home and will continue to provide services remotely.   The Library continues to offer one to one support for literature searching, systematic reviews and Endnote, online or by telephone. Please email Library staff to request support:  ich.library@ucl.ac.uk . Loaned books can be renewed online, or can be returned to The Front Gate Lodge on Gower Street. Otherwise you can return books by post, marked with the details of the library where they were borrowed, followed by UCL Library Services, UCL, Gower Street, London WC1E 6BT. Some UCL library spaces remain open, including the Student Centre, Science Library and Main Library.
