UCL full-text links from the Trip Database

The Trip Database (www.tripdatabase.com) is a freely available clinical search engine. It is designed to find high-quality research evidence to support clinical practice and/or care.

UCL staff and students can now link directly from search results to full-text publications subscribed to by UCL.

To enable UCL full-text links:
  • Go to the Trip Database homepage and click on Sign up to create a free Trip account.
  • Once you are logged in, click on Settings in the top right corner of the screen.
  • Scroll down to the heading Your institutions (optional).
  • Select University College London from the first Select an institution drop-down menu.
  • Click on Save changes.
A UCL link will then appear beneath each of your search results:
