Mental Health Awareness Week 2023

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (15-21 May) and the theme this year is anxiety. This year’s ‘Just’ Anxiety?’ campaign, from the Mental Health Foundation, aims to help people to understand the difference between feelings of anxiety and anxiety disorders, and to enable people to reach out to friends, family, colleagues and communities to share their experiences, as well as to take time out to think about their own mental health. The library is a great place to start and we would like to highlight some books from our wellbeing collection on the theme of anxiety.
