Elsevier backfiles -The Lancet

UCL now has access to Elsevier's backfiles on ScienceDirect. This means that electronic content back to volume 1, issue 1 of most Elsevier journals is now available to UCL users. Previously, Elsevier journals were only available online from 1993 or 1995. As part of the Elsevier backfile (see previous item), UCL users now have acces to the The Lancet from Volume 1, 1823 onwards. NHS users may access Elsevier journals from the walk-in computers in the library.
