Health Information Week - NHS Birthday


In honour of the NHS's 75th birthday, we would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all NHS staff and to highlight some of the events taking place this week which we encourage you to take take part in, visit and enjoy! Happy birthday NHS!

Our NHS at 75 - 5 July - 31 August 2023

This nationwide photo competition celebrates the work and talent, as well as extraordinary dedication of NHS staff and its volunteers with this collection of photographs submitted by NHS staff.  This is a collaboration between NHS England and FujiFilm UK and showcases the dedication and commitment of NHS past and current, and celebrates its workforce.

Heart of the Nation: Migration and the making of the NHS - 30 June 29 October 2023 

This new national touring exhibition from the Migration Museum shines a light on the stories and experiences of people who have come to Britain to work in the NHS through photography, film, oral histories and an immersive experience that brings together singing and storytelling.

SPEAK at Outernet 4 - 9 July 2023 

SPEAK, a new music and film installation commissioned by the Migration Museum exploring the relationship between care and migration to mark the 75th anniversary of the NHS, screened at Outernet London. It is an exhibition focuses on the diverse Camden community members who work in the NHS.
